Ooooh! But tell us what the BWM letter said! About how "it hasn't been reviewed by anybody..." That's the part that kills me. It's a pseudo-threat. Maybe the average person would be stunned in merely reading the letterhead; but it was a pretty substance-less letter.

That question is seriously messed up. I actually understand what those security questions are for, and they make sense to me but "the last name of your first girlfriend" is inappropriate.

What can I say, Kirin, other than that the wrongs in this story go so deep, and our dependence on these systems is so thorough that when something goes wrong, it's always the little guy that gets abused, in every sense, in every century, in every culture, in every realm of human endeavor. Humans are wrong.
